摘要
目的:研究骨质疏松状态对正畸牙齿移动的影响. 方法:利用大鼠切除卵巢 6 w k 后建立的骨质疏松模型,通过矫治加力装置使大鼠上颌第1 磨牙前移,使用显微测量仪测量牙齿移动距离,并做统计分析. 结果:骨质疏松大鼠受相同力时牙齿移动的速度快于正常组,骨质疏松时牙周组织对外力的作用比较敏感,而且更容易发生牙根创伤性反应. 结论:在临床矫治骨质疏松患者时宜使用轻而柔和的力.
AIM: This research was designed to study the periodontal remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement in osteoporosis rats made by ovariectomy. METHODS:Osteoporosis model was successfully established six weeks after ovariectomy in adult female rats. Based on this model, we employed some device to make the first molars of rats move mesially. RESULTS: The teeth of osteoporosis rats were moved more quickly than those of normal rats and easier to be injured on periodontium during orthodontic tooth movement. CONCLUSION: The periodontium of osteoporosis patients is more fragile and light forces should be used in orthodontic treatment in osteoporosis patients.
