摘要
目的: 探讨重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rh G M C S F) 对受照小鼠外周血和骨髓细胞的影响. 方法:采用6.0 Gy 60 Coγ照射小鼠造成造血功能损伤,采尾静脉血计数外周血白细胞及其分类, 取一侧股骨骨髓计数骨髓有核细胞,取另侧骨髓制片观察骨髓粒系分裂池、存贮池、成熟池骨髓细胞绝对值动态变化. 结果: Leucom ax 与rh G M C S F不能使受损血细胞恢复常态,但能动员外周造血器官与贮备池血细胞加速释放, 在骨髓严重受抑后,能使骨髓细胞粒系增殖提前,分裂池细胞分化增殖,诱导贮备池不成熟的细胞发育成熟细胞. 结论:rh G M C S F对60 Co 辐射小鼠的粒细胞和单核细胞具有增殖和动员作用.
AIM: The effects of rhGM CSF on peripheral blood and bone marrow cell were investigated in mice treated by 60 Coradiation . METHODS: The myeloid hematopoietic function was impaired by 6.0 Gy 60 Co radiation. Tail vein blood was adopted for peripheral leucocyte counting and classification. One side of the myeloid was taken for nuclei cell counting and the other side was taken to observe the mobile change of bone marrow cells in the fission cistern, maturity cistern and storage cistern of granulocyte system. RESULTS: rhGM CSF didn′t restore the injured hematopoietic cells, but it mobilized the blood cell liberation from peripheral hematopoietic organs and storage pool. rhGM CSF increased the proliferation of granulocyte system of myeloid and differentiated, multipled and induced the maturity of cells in storage pool. CONCLUSION: Leucomax and rhGM CSF can mobilize the hematopoietic cells of mice treated by 60 Co radiation.
