胡锦涛同志在第五届亚太经合组织人力资源开发部长级会议开幕式致辞中,提出深化交流合作,实现包容性增长。包容性增长的内涵十分丰富,最基本的含义是公平合理地分享经济增长,它是我国改革开放成功经验的反思,是中国未来社会发展的指导思想,必将对我国今后经济社会发展产生重大和深远的影响。

Hu Jintao put forward,in his address at the opening ceremony of The 5th APEC Ministerial Meeting of Human Resources Development,that we should deepen communication and cooperation and realize inclusive growth.The connotation of inclusive growth is very rich,in which the basic meaning is sharing the economic development fairly and equally.This conception is not only the reflection of successful experience in reform and opening up but also the guiding ideology of China＇s future social development.Putting forward this conception will undoubtedly exert a great and far-reaching influence on the future development of our country economy and society.
