中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Integrative Medicine Therapy in Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

目的探讨中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法将就诊患者分为对照组(病耳80例)和治疗组(病耳90例),对照组采用单纯的西医治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果治疗组治愈病耳63(70.0%)例,总有效率为95.6%;对照组治愈病耳36(45.0%)例,总有效率为76.2%,两组比较治疗组的临床疗效更好,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合方法治疗分泌性中耳炎能提高治愈率和有效率,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods125 patients were randomLy divided into the control group（80 cases ear disease） and the treatment group（90 cases ear disease）.The controls were given chemical medicine alone while the treatment groups were given integrative medicine treatment.Results63（70.0%） cases healed and the total effective rate is 95.6% in the treatment group.While 36（45.0%） cases healed and the total effective rate is 83.1% in the control group.The efficacy of integrative medicine is significantly better than the control group.ConclusionIntegrative medicine can improve the curative rate and effective rate in treatment of secretory otitis media and it is worthy of further promotion.
