稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常疗效分析

The Curative Effect Analyze of CHD Arrhythmia by Metacenter Particle and Metoprolol

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析邻水县中医医院收治的冠心病心律失常患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组QTd、QTcd、室性早搏数、房性早搏数、交界性早搏数明显优于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach CHD arrhythmia curative effect by metacenter particle and metoprolol.MethodTo retrospective analyze clinical data of CHD arrhythmia patients in chinese medicine hospital of linshui,which was to be divided into detection group and control group.ResultThe QTd,QTcd,premature ventricualr contraction number,atrial premature beats number,junctional premature beat number of detection group were better than control group,the clinical curing total effective power of detection group were higher than control group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of CHD arrhythmia by metacenter particle and metoprolol,which was to be used.
