复仇作为一种制度随着国家化的进程已经消失了,但作为一种现象在历史上是长期存在的,在现实中还是不断发生的。无论是国内还是国外都存在复仇现象的阴影,形成巨大的社会和国家危机。从法律角度而言,复仇现象有着复杂的理论基础,不仅对于复仇本身的产生和处理有着意义,对于法律的发展也是意义重大。同时就世界范围内而言,复仇现象有着更为复杂的因素和发展趋势,因此对复仇现象必须全方位多角度采取措施,使其得到有效控制。

Revenge,as a system,has disappeared,but as a phenomenon,revenge was in long-term existence in history and is still in occurance today,which indicates a serious social and national crisis.From the legal point,the phenomenon has a complicated theoritical basis,which presents great significance not only for the production and processing of revenge but also for the development of the law.Meanwhile,revenge phenomenon involves more complex factors and trends,so the multi-angle measures must be taken to controlled it effectively.
