摘要
以咔唑和1,2-二氯乙烷为原料,合成氯乙基咔唑,再通过消除反应合成产率较高的乙烯咔唑(NVC),研究合成工艺对产率的影响;并用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和熔点测试技术对产物的结构进行表征。研究表明:氯乙基咔唑经沉淀法提纯所得产物的收率最大,为72.85%,且缩短了提纯处理时间;当加入的碱与氯乙基咔唑的摩尔比为1.77:1时,乙烯咔唑收率最大,为81.05%。
The chloroethyl carbazole was synthesized with the carbazole and 1,2-dichloroethane as the material in this paper,then high yield of ethylene carbazole(NVC) was synthesized by elimination reaction,and the impact of synthesis process on the yield was studied;The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and melting point test.The results indicated that the yield of chloroethyl carbazole reached the maximum with the chloroethyl carbazole is purified by method of precipitation,which is 72.85%,and the purified time is reduced;When the molar ratio between alkali and the chloroethyl carbazole is 1.77:1,the yield of ethylene carbazole reached the maximum,which is 81.05%.
