摘要
师生关系是教师与学生在教育过程中为完成一定的教育任务,以"课堂教学管理"为焦点而形成的一种特殊的社会关系,是实现教育功能的基石。在对外汉语教学中,其"三侧面三层面三棱柱体"式的交往模型体现为东西文化的冲突与融合,校园与社会生活的共性和差别,国际热点问题的关注与理解。跨越了国别、年龄和性别的国际型师生关系,有利于完成对外汉语教师独特的角色定位:东西方价值的传递者,中国社会众生相的解读者,校内外生活的被咨询者,以及实践教学的指导者。
The relationship between teachers and students is the base to realize the functions of education whose focus is the teaching methods in the class.The roles for the teachers who teach Chinese language and literature for foreigners are listener,consultant,explainer and trainer,regardless of their students＇ nations,gender and age.
