聚丙烯纤维混凝土物理性能的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对混凝土的耐久性、和易性、冻融性及抗裂性等物理性能,以聚丙烯纤维掺量、膨胀剂掺量、约束条件及不同养护条件为影响因素,进行大量对比试验。通过试验分析表明,在混凝土中掺入聚丙烯纤维能明显改善混凝土的各种物理性能,当纤维长度为19 mm,掺量为0.9 kg/m3时,混凝土性能提高较为显著。并把研究成果运用于工程实践,分析表明聚丙烯纤维混凝土能明显改善现浇楼板的干缩裂缝。 According to the physical performance of concrete such as durability,workability,freeze-thaw and crack,a large number of contrast trials are made by taking polypropylene fiber dosage,expansive agent dosage,constraint conditions and different curing conditions as influencing factors.It is showed by experimental analysis that adding polypropylene fiber to concrete could significantly improve various kinds of physical performance of the concrete.When the fiber dosage is 19 mm/0.9(kg/m3),the performance of the concrete would be improved more significantly.And then the research results are used in engineering practices.The analysis results show that the polypropylene fiber concrete could obviously improve the dry cracks of cast-in-situ slabs.
