摘要
一直以来,煤炭在我国一次能源生产和消费中均占80%以上,是我国的十分重要的能源。随着能源需求量的不断增加,矿山建设项目势必增加,其主体工程井巷建设是一类比较特殊的工程。国内外每年在矿井中频频发生不安全事故,给国家和人民的生命财产安全造成重大损失,从而在矿山井巷工程正式投产使用后的运营维护费用就显得更为重要。在对井巷工程项目做可行性研究时,只强调建设期造价而忽略了运营维护费用,所以将全生命周期造价管理思想应用于矿山井巷工程中是很有实际意义的。本文将BP神经网络,应用于井巷工程全生命周期造价进行估算。BP神经网络用于井巷工程建设期造价确定,结合井巷工程造价的特点,对井巷工程整个生命周期分阶段分析,从而有针对性地对井巷工程造价进行控制。
All along,the coal,accounting for more than 80% in China's primary energy production and consumption,is an important energy in China.With the increasing demand for energy,mine construction project is bound to increase and the main shaft-way construction is a special class project.The frequently-occurred unsafe incidents in mines at home and abroad every year would cause heavy losses to the state and people's lives and properties,so the maintenance costs after the operating of the mine shaft becomes more important.The feasibility study for the mine shaft project normally only gives emphasis on the building cost and neglects the operating and maintenance costs,so it is very meaningful to use the management thinking of full life-cycle cost in the mine shaft-way project.Here,BP neural network is used in the shaft-way project to estimate the full life-cycle cost,so as to determine the cost of the shaft-way construction,and combined with the characteristics of the shaft-way construction cost, the life cycle analyses in phases are made for the shaft-way project to control its construction cost targetablly.
