This paper considers the financial risk of open-pit coal mine can be divided into strategic financial risk and operated financial risk,and deem financial risk management is very important to open-pit coal mine.Aimed at the characteristics of open-pit coal mine,this text also comes up with some suggestions in the control of financial risk.
