摘要
文章针对当前高职院校教师队伍在准入制度、师资结构、双师要求、职后培训、兼职教师等方面存在的问题,提出了观念调整、制度更新、资源共享、活跃形式、专兼同塑等对策。
The paper discusses at the existing problems among the present teaching staff of higher vocational colleges such as: access system,faculty struture,requirements on double quality teachers,on-the-job training and part-time teachers.Then it puts forward some countermearsures including: concept adaption,system advance,resourse sharing,dynamic forms as well as equal attention to full-time and part-time faculty.
