The Relationship of College Students' Character and Employment

通过对当今大学生中一些不文明现象的反思,指出如今的就业困难与部分大学生综合素质不高有关,进而提出要加强大学生综合素质培养,以适应时代要求。

This paper reflects on some uncivilized phenomena in some college students,and argues that these phenomena are related to the difficulty of employment for college students.Therefore,today＇s college students should study hard to raise the level of their character.
