BaCu(B_2O_5)的合成及其对CLST陶瓷烧结性能的影响

摘要 分别采用固相反应法和共沉淀结合固相反应法合成了BaCu(B2O5)粉体,并研究了所合成BaCu(B2O5)粉体对CLST陶瓷的烧结性能的影响规律。结果表明:以BaO、CuO和B2O3为原料,BaO和B2O3先反应生成BaB2O4,进一步与CuO反应生成BaCu(B2O5)。适当延长煅烧时间,有利于BaCu(B2O5)的合成。添加BaCu(B2O5)可以显著降低CLST的烧结温度,添加质量分数为4%的BaCu(B2O5)的CLST陶瓷样品在1 050℃即可完成致密化,其相对密度达95.8%。 The BaCu(B2O5) powder was prepared by solid state reaction and coprecipitation-solid state reaction,respectively.The effect of as-synthesized BaCu(B2O5) powder on the sintering property of CLST ceramics was investigated.BaO and B2O3 first forms BaB2O4,and then BaB2O4 reacts with CuO forming BaCu(B2O5).Proper prolonged calcining time avails the forming of BaCu(B2O5).The sintering temperature of CLST ceramics is effectively lower with as-synthesized BaCu(B2O5)addition.The 4%(mass fraction) BaCu(B2O5)-doped CLST sintered at 1 050 ℃ exhibits the highest relative density(95.8%).
