摘要
采用响应曲面法优化混合菌HJ8-1修复原油污染水体的条件,以原油浓度、氮浓度、磷浓度和表面活性剂(SDBS)浓度为自变量、原油降解率为因变量,运用Box-Behnken(BB)设计研究了各自变量及其交互作用对水中原油污染物降解效果的影响。以二次多项式回归方程预测模型为基础,得到含油量为2 g.L-11、1 g.L-1和20 g.L-1的废水在最佳修复条件下的原油降解率分别为63.55%、61.52%和53.00%,实验所得优化条件的实测值与预测值十分接近,标准方差<5%,说明优化工艺比较可靠。
A response surface methodology was applied to optimize the bioremediation condition of oily wastewater by microbial consortium HJ8-1.First,a four-level Box-Behnken factorial design was employed to study the relationship of independent variables and dependent variable by applying crude oil concentration,nitrogen concentration,phosphorus concentration and surfactant(SDBS) concentration as independent variables(factors) and crude oil removal rate as dependent variable(response).Second,numerical optimization based on the statistically significant model were carried out for crude oil concentration of 2 g·L-1,11 g·L-1 and 20 g·L-1,and the crude oil removal rate reached as high as 63.55%,61.52% and 53.00%,respectively.The predictive values showed good agreement with the experimental values under the optimization conditions,by standard variance 5%.It showed that the optimal result was reliable.
