摘要
本文论述了各种混合溶剂和单一溶剂对紫胶溶解性的影响。试验结果表明,混合溶剂较单一溶剂对紫胶的溶解性能好,胶液粘度低,漆膜干燥快。以乙醇作溶剂,其浓度不能低于85％,否则会影响施工性能和漆膜质量。
The effects of mixed and single solvent on the solubility of shellac have been discussed. It has shown that mixed solvent is more effective for the shellac than single solvent resulting in a low viscous solution and fast dry film. The solid content shouldn't be lower than 85% if alcohol is used as solvent, otherwise, the quality of the film and application properties will be reduced.
