摘要
基于可持续发展指导思想,构建了水资源经济、社会、环境的多目标配置模型,详述了各参数的确定思路。以系统优化原理和交互设计思想为指导,结合多目标决策理论,在求解出其子目标的非劣解集后,采用改进的目标逼近法和宽容约束法求解模型。配置结果达到了较好的满意度和较高的综合效益,为该市未来发展提供了一定的借鉴。
Based on the guiding ideology of sustainable development,this paper established the mult-objective optimal allocation model about water resourses economy,society and environment,and comprehensively explained ascertaining process of every parameter.Taking optimization principle of system and interaction design as the guide,combining the mult-objective decision-making theory,we solved model by using methods of improved target approximation and toleration obligation after solving non-inferior solution of subgoal.Configure results show that degree of satisfaction is appropriate and comprehensive benefits is good.It provide some reference for future development.
