摘要
结合济源市实际,分析了济源市水资源开发利用现状及存在的主要问题,制定济源市节水型社会制度建设,分别从节水农业、节水工业和节水城镇生活等建设载体方面提出济源市节水型社会建设措施,系统总结了近几年济源市节水型社会建设取得的初步成效,为济源市未来一个时期节水型社会建设提供参考。
According to the situation of Jiyuan City, water resources exploitation and major problems were analyzed. Institutions about WSSC have been formulated, and measures have been put forward from water-saving agriculture, water-saving industry and water-saving urban life. Then, the primary effects of WSSC was summarized systematically in recent years. It can provide the reference for promoting WSSC in the future of Jiyuan City.
