以“规定套路”视角解析长拳的技术流变

通过对武术专家教授访谈,查阅相关的文献资料,以及运用录像观察法、数理统计法、比较分析法等方法,以规定套路为视角,研究长拳套路技术流变的历程与趋势,为长拳技术进一步普及、提高与完善提供参考依据。主要结论:一是由于自选长拳的技术发展和竞赛规则的引导,套路结构出现了缺乏起承转合的动作串联,而且由于竞赛裁判员位置的改变造成动作编排的线性结构,改变了以前的立体空间结构;二是长拳套路技术发展趋势:技击动作趋向于标准化、竞技化,非技击动作要提高演练水平,通过合理运用演练技法来提高和加强动作"战斗意境"的形成,从而能够充分体现技术动作的技击意向。

Through interviews with martial arts experts and professors,access to relevant documents,and video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other methods,to provide routines for the perspective of the history of Chang Quan Technology Evolution and trends for the fist technology to further popularize and improve the provision and improvement of reference.The main conclusions are as follows：1,due to the technical development Changquan choice and competition rules for the guidance,structure is the lack of routine transforms the action series,and because the race referee position change caused by movement in the linear structure,changing the previous three-dimensional space structure;2,Chang Quan technology trends：Attack action tends to standardization,competitive,non martial action to improve the exercise level,through the rational use of exercise techniques to enhance and strengthen the movement,＂fighting mood＂of the formation,which can fully reflect the technical action martial intent.
