腹部战伤后血浆电解质及血糖的变化

Changes of Plasma Electrolytes and Blood Glucose in Abdominal Injured Soldiers

目的了解腹部战伤伤员后期血液电解质及血糖变化，为亚热带战伤输液治疗提供依据。方法对１９７９～１９８４年我院收治的１２０例腹部战伤伤员的血液电解质及血糖进行回顾性调查。结果经初期治疗的腹部战伤伤员，在后送入院时仍表现为低钠血症和低氯血症，并伴有碱血症和轻度高血糖。结论在初期治疗中应注意含钠液的输入，以乳酸林格液为首选。除有明确指征外，不宜输入碱性溶液和大量葡萄糖液。

Objective To investigate the changes of plasma electrolytes and blood glucose in the war wounded soldiers insulting the abdomen and to provide the data for infusion treatment of the war wounded soldiers in the subtropical zone. Methods From 1979 to 1984, 120 abdominal wounded soldiers who were taken to our hospital were retrospectively reviewed. Results The patients suffered from hyponatrcmia and hypochlovemia accompanied by alkalemia and light hyperglycemia on admission after primary treatment before evacuation to our hospital. Conclusions It is necessary in the primary treatment to infuse the fluid containing sodium, in which Ringer lactate solution may be the first option. It may not suitable to give the alkali fluid and a large number of glucose.
