持续质量改进在心外医护合作缝针管理中的应用

Application of continuous quality improvement on needle management of doctor-nurse collaboration in heart surgical

目的:探讨应用持续质量改进(CQI)的管理理念指导心外手术中医护合作管理缝针的效果。方法:在手术设备、环境、人员相对固定的前提下,选择2009年我院最初开展心外手术时的患者为对照组(n=40例);选择应用CQI管理理念探索出更为安全有效的术中缝针管理方法之后的患者为实验组(n=40例);分别对两组患者术中缝针缺失率、平均每台手术时间、手术医师及手术护士满意度进行比较。结果:实验组较对照组术中缝针缺失发生率明显降低;平均每台手术时间显著缩短;医、护满意度明显提高;两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用CQI管理理念指导心外手术中医护合作对缝针安全管理可明显提高护理质量和工作效率。

Objective：Probe into the effect of continuous quality improvement used in doctor - nurse collaboration management needle in heart surgical operation. Methods：On the premise of immovable surgical apparatus, environment and staff, chosen the patients at the first develop heart surgical operation in 2009 was the control group（n =40） ,and chosen the patients whoused continuous quality improvement in needle management in operation was the experimental group （ n = 40）. To compare the miss rate of needle in operation , operation time per operation and satisfaction of doctor and nurse of the two groups. Results：The miss rate of needle in experimental group was lowe than in control group,the operation time per operation was shorter than in control and the satisfaction of doctor and nurse was higher than in control. There was remarkable difference sense （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Continuous quality improvement used in doctor - nurse collaboration management needle could improve nursing quality and working efficiency.
