老年糖尿病患者低血糖原因分析及护理对策

Analysis the cases of hypoglycemia and nursing strategy in diabetes mellitus of the old patients

目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者出现低血糖反应的诱因,帮助老年糖尿病患者认识低血糖的危害性,掌握基本防治方法。方法:对出现低血糖反应的58例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:患者出现低血糖反应的原因主要由药物、饮食、运动及并发症引起。结论:应加强健康教育,提高患者的遵医行为,介绍药物的注意事项及生活指导,促使其进行自我保护,有效防治低血糖的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To assist the old age of the diabetes mellitus know the harm of the hypoglycemia and master the basic prevention and cure methods.Methods：58 cases of the old age of the diabetes mellitus whom produced hypoglycemia were adopted corresponding treatment and nurse way which can make the blood sugar rise.Results：The hypoglycemia main cause were drugs,diets,movement and complications.Conclusion：It can prevent effectively the old age of the diabetes mellitus,The patients should be strengthened health education and improve the patients of obedience,the nurse introduce the drugs precautions and live guidance and make the patients go on self-protection.So as to produce hypoglycemia and advance the patients life quality with nurse methods.
