新生儿科奶瓶、奶嘴不同清洗消毒方法的效果分析

The effect of different methods of cleaning and disinfecting of neonatal baby bottles and pacifiers

目的:探讨新生儿科奶瓶、奶嘴的清洗、消毒方法。方法:随机抽取我院新生儿科同质污染的奶瓶、奶嘴各90个,分为A、B、C三组,每组各30个奶瓶、奶嘴。A组:先采用手工清洗,再用全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机按标准流程清洗、消毒。B组:先采用手工清洗,再用化学消毒液浸泡消毒,纯净水漂洗,烤干。C组:不经过任何处理直接用全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机按标准流程清洗、消毒。用目测法、带光源的放大镜检测法、细菌培养计数法检测A、B、C组的清洗、消毒效果。结果:A组和B组奶瓶、奶嘴,无论是目测法、带光源的放大镜检测法还是细菌培养计数法合格率都是100%。C组的奶瓶、奶嘴目测检查合格率分别为86.67%和90.00%,带光源的放大镜检测合格率分别为80.00%,86.67%,细菌培养计数法合格率分别为90.00%,93.33%。结论:奶瓶、奶嘴的清洗、消毒最佳方法是先手工清洗,再用全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机按标准流程清洗,以确保清洗、消毒效果。

Objective：Probe into the method of cleaning and disnfecting of bottles and pacifiers neinatal department.Methods：Neonatal hospital random homogeneous pollution bottles,pacifiers all 90,were divided into A,B,C three groups,each group of 30 bottles and pacifiers.A group：First use of hand-washing,and then automatic spray cleaning and disinfecting procedures according to the standard machine cleaning and disinfection.B group：Used of hand-washing,chemical disinfectant and then sterilized,purified water rinse,dried.C group：Without any treatment directly with automatic spray cleaning and disinfecting procedures according to the standard machine cleaning and disinfection.By visual observation,magnifying glass with light detection,bacterial culture counting detection A,B,C three kinds of cleaning and disinfection methods of cleaning and disinfection.Results：The past rate in A and B group were 100%,the past rate in C group by visual obsetvation were 86.67% and 90%,and by magnifying glass with light detection were 80.00% and 86.67%,by bacterial culture were 90.00% and 93.33%.Conclusion：Bottle,nipple cleaning the best cleaning and disinfection way is to hand washing,and then automatic spray cleaning machine according to standard procedures to ensure that cleaning and disinfection.
