临床护理人员手卫生依从性调查及在职培训效果评价

The evaluation of in-service training effect and investigate of the hand hygiene compliance of clinical nursing staff

目的:评价临床护理人员手卫生依从性及在职培训效果。方法:采用准实验研究设计,以培训前后问卷调查及观察法进行效果评价。结果:临床护理人员手卫生培训前后在手卫生知识、态度、技能诸方面发生了明显变化,与培训前比较,差异具有显著性意义。说明临床护理人员手卫生在职培训收到了预期成效。结论:临床护理人员手卫生现状不理想,手卫生依从性低,提高护理人员手部卫生的依从性有赖于采取多渠道、多方位的综合措施,医院需制定一个有效的、长期的整体计划。

Objective：To study the training effect hand hygiene compliance of clinical nursing person.Methods：Adoption the quasi-experiment study design to carry on effect evaluation by front and back questionnaire and observation method.Results：Clinical nursing staff＇s hand health at hand hygiene knowledge,attitude and technical ability aspect took place obvious variety,comparing with training front,the difference was significant,so the training of clinical nursing personnel＇s hand health received expectation result.Conclusion：The present condition of the clinical nursing personnel＇s hand health is no idea and hand hygiene compliance is low,improving the hand hygiene compliance of clinical nursing personnel depend on adopting the comprehensive measure in many outlets and ways,the hospital needs to draw up a effective and long-term whole plan.
