摘要 目的观察人白细胞干扰素(IFNα)对我们建立的子宫内膜腺癌细胞系(JEC)的细胞生长和细胞周期的影响。方法将不同浓度:2000u/ml、500u/ml、100u/ml的IFNα与JEC共同培养7天,检测JEC细胞生长曲线、细胞的凝集素受体表达,并用流式细胞仪分析细胞周期的变化。结果和结论IFNα对JEC细胞的增殖有抑制作用,浓度越大,抑制作用越明显,但不影响凝集素受体的表达;IFNα可使JEC细胞G1/G0期增加、S期增加和G2/M期阻滞,前者与IFNα浓度呈正相关,而后者则为负相关。 Objective To observe effect of interferon alpha on cell growth and cell cycles of human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line (JEC) established in our laboratory. Methods Effect of cell growth curve and lectin receptors on the cells were detected after incubation with different concentration at 2000 u/ml,500 u/ml,100 u/ml of interferon alpha for 7 days,and alteration of cell cycle were analysed using flow cytometry.Results and Conclusion Interferon alpha can inhibit the proliferation of JEC and the growth of the cells were dose dependently suppressed.There were no changes in expression of lectin receptors.The cells showed G 1/G 2 and S increse,but G 2/M arrest,it was positive correlation between the former and the concentration of interferon alpha,however,the two latters were negative correlation.
