大肠癌病人血清层粘连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原含量测定及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨大肠癌病人血清层粘连蛋白,Ⅳ型胶原含量与病情的关系。方法应用放射免疫技术测定了大肠癌患者血清层粘连蛋白(LN)及Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)含量。结果大肠癌患者血清LN、ColⅣ含量明显高于对照组,相差非常显著(P<001);淋巴结转移组血清LN及ColⅣ含量明显高于无淋巴结转移组,两者相差显著(P<005);血清LN含量中,DukesC期组高于DukesB期组,两者相差显著(P<005);血清ColⅣ含量由DukesB期至D期有逐渐升高趋势,且DukesD期组显著高于DukesB期组,两者相差显著(P<005)。结论提示血清LN、ColⅣ含量变化与大肠癌细胞的浸润、转移等生物学行为密切相关。对判断其病情及预后可能具有一定的参考价值。 The contents of Laminin (LN) and Collagen type Ⅳ (ColⅣ) in serum were measured by radioimmunoassay in patients with colorectal cancer.It was showed that the content of LN and ColⅣ in cancer group was significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0 01),the content of LN and ColⅣ in group with lymph node metastases was higher than those in group without lymph node metastases ( P <0 05).The content of LN in Dukes C group was hight than that in Dukes B group ( P <0 05).There was a tendency that the content of serum ColⅣ increased with the advance of the Dukes clasification and content of serum ColⅣ in DukesD group was higher than that in Dukes B group.This implies that the contents of the serum LN and ColⅣ is closely related to the tumor invasion and metastases,and the assay of the LN and Col Ⅳ in serum may be useful to the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
