摘要 [目的]寻找提高紫穗槐种子发芽率的最佳方法。[方法]先对收购于沈阳市的种子用不同化学试剂和热水进行各种处理,然后催芽处理,观察统计发芽数。[结果]98%硫酸处理20 min、20%KOH处理与75℃热水处理分别是各种处理方法中的最佳处理,此时紫穗槐的发芽率分别可达到43%、45%与48%。经过显著性分析,以及结合今后紫穗槐生产成本的控制与技术推广的难易程度考虑,75℃的热水处理是最佳的处理方法。[结论]该研究为今后紫穗槐种子繁殖生产与技术推广提供了依据。 [Objective]Looking for the best way improve seed germination rates of Amorpha fruticosa L..[Method]First proceed seeds in Shenyang city with different chemical reagents and hot water,and then pregermination treatment,a number of statistical germination were observed.[Result]The test results showed that 20 minutes was the best time of treating in 98% sulfuric acid,the germination rate of Amorpha fruticosa L.can reach 43% under the condition;KOH promoted seed germination of Amorpha fruticosa L.as concentration was 20%,the germination rate can reach 45% under the condition;the temperature at 75 ℃ was optimum for germination of Amorpha fruticosa L.under the hot water condition,its germination rate reached 48%.After analysis of variance and integrating the consideration for the control of production cost and technology to promote the ease of the Amorpha fruticosa L.,the treatment of 75 ℃ water is the best approach.[Conclusion]The study provides the basis for the future production and seed multiplication of Amorpha fruticosa L.technology promotion.
