摘要
当前如何更好解决高校毕业生就业已是迫在眉睫,怎样解决工学结合模式下高职学生就业问题也是刻不容缓。通过分析高职学生创业中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并依据SWOT战略提出工学结合模式下高职学生创业的策略。
For high vocational school students, it is equally urgent to obtain employment, though immient for ordinary college students. Based on the SWOT strategy the paper, by analizing their strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats, puts forward policies to help high vocational school students to start ventures on on-the-job learning model.
