不断探索、实践工学结合人才培养模式下的高职院校学生教育管理工作,对提升高职教育的质量和水平具有深远的意义。通过对工学结合背景下学生工作面临的问题进行分析,结合工作实践,以珠海城市职业技术学院经济与管理学院为例,提出工学结合背景下学生工作的有效对策。

It is very meaningful to keep exploring and practising the laws governing student work at high vocational schools against the on-the-job background. Taking as an example School of Economy and Management Zhu Hai City Polytechnic, the paper, by analyzing the problems existing against the on-the-drop learning background, puts forward some effective strategies to implement student work.
