金相试样制备是金相分析研究中重要的组成环节,要经过多道工序,且制备人员的操作经验和水平决定了试样的制备质量。采用IDEF0方法描述整个金相试样制备过程,建立金相试样制备系统的功能模型,能清晰描述各工序的功能及相互联系,为加工实践提供了指导,可以使制备人员快速掌握正确的制备方法,有效控制金相试样的质量,得到合格的试样。

Metallographic sample preparation is a vital component of metallographic analysis.The quality of the sample largely depends on the operational experience of experimenter due to its tedious steps.In this paper,IDEF0 method is used to set up a model which can clearly define the various steps and their interrelationship of metallographic sample preparation.This model can also provide guidance and quality control of processing practice.In accordance with such instruction,even unskilled operators can quickly master the correct way to get qualified samples.
