黑麦属于禾本科小麦族的黑麦属,含有一个染色体组R,体细胞染色体多为二倍体,2n=2x=14。文中介绍了黑麦的形态、分布及其优良特性;重点阐述了黑麦在细胞有丝分裂、细胞减数分裂、多倍体的诱导鉴定以及染色体分带和带型分析等遗传学实验教学中的应用;并探讨了黑麦在小麦遗传育种研究中的利用价值和利用前景。
Secale cereal L belongs to the Triticeae of Gramineae.It is always diploid species with chromosome number of 2n=2x=14 and has R gemome.This article describes its shape,distribution and characteristics,and focuses on the use of genetic experiments and teaching in cell mitosis and meiosis,and induction and identification of polyploidy,and chromosome banding analysis,also discusses its application and prospect in wheat genetics and breeding research.
