摘要
依据有机化学实验的培养目标和教学特点,选择苯乙酮的制备实验进行设计性综合实验教学改革与实践,培养学生有机合成的思路,把有机化学实验的基本知识,实践动手能力贯穿在实验中,进一步规范实验操作技能。教师制定实验目标、计划,由学生自主完成查阅资料、设计实验方案、实验合成、产物表征、提交材料等过程,充分调动了学生学习积极性和探索精神,培养了学生的创新能力,收到了很好的实验教学效果,可为有机化学设计性综合实验改革发展提供参考。
According to training objective and teaching characteristics of organic chemistry experiment,one selected the preparation experiment of acetophenone to proceed experimental teaching reform and practice,which can train the organic synthesis thinking of students.Organic chemistry experiment basic knowledge and practice ability of using hands were run through experiment,which further cultivated experiment operational skills.The teacher formulates experiment goal and plan,the students independently completed the processes of consulting data,designing experimental schemes,experimental synthesis,analysis of products and submitting materials.It fully motivated the study enthusiasm and exploration spirit of students and cultivation innovation ability,which received good experimental teaching effect and provided reference of teaching reform of organic chemistry designed synthesis experiment.
