摘要
水利水电项目作为管理对象具有其整体性。一个水电企业就是一个整体,企业经营管理是指为达到工程项目的双赢目标,追求生产和营销的最大效益。文中以四川瓦屋山水电站为研究对象,结合本身的实践和认识,运用现代企业经营战略理论与分析方法,对水电企业的营销策略进行了系统的研究。
The hydropower Project as a management object has its integrity.A hydropower enterprise is a whole,so the management is to achieve a win-win of project objectives,and the pursuit of maximum efficiency of production and marketing.As the research object of Sichuan Wawushan Hydropower,this paper systematically investigates marketing strategy on water and electricity companies by using modern theory and business strategy analysis.
