摘要
实验队伍是实验室发展的中坚力量,是实验室建设与管理的关键因素,也是培养高素质人才的关键。文章从组织管理角度出发,首先分析了实验队伍非正式组织产生的主客观方面原因,接着探讨了实验队伍非正式组织的特点及其正负面影响,最后提出了管理实验队伍非正式组织的措施。
Laboratory faculty is the backbone of development of laboratory,which is the key factor to effect the construction and management of laboratory.It is also the key to cultivate high-caliber personnel.With the theory of organizational management,this article analyzes the causes of informal organization among laboratory faculty firstly,then discusses the characteristics and risks of laboratory faculty.Finally,the countermeasures were put forward to manage it.
