摘要
采用胺化和电解氟化法制备硫氟酰胺;采用接触毒性试验和强迫取食试验对三种散白蚊进行药效测定。结果表明实验室制备的杀灭白蚁新药硫氟酰胺对散白蚁最低致死浓度为20ppm ,引起供试群体95 % 死亡的最低致死浓度为40pp m 。硫氟酰胺对白蚁有慢性胃毒作用,无驱避性,对哺乳动物低毒。
Purpose:To develop a new type of termiticide Which has high performance and low mammalian toxicity,Method:According to relative references ,N-Butyl Perfluorooctane Sulfonamide was prepared from octane sulfonyl fluoride by amination and electro chemical fluoronation. Its efficacy was determined against three kinds of Reticulitermes by topical and oral application.Result:Efficacy test of N-Butyi Perfiuorooctane Sulfonamide in laboratory showed that its minimum LC 50 against Reticulitermes was 20ppm and minimum LC 95 was 40ppm.Conclusion:N-Butyl Perfluorooctane Sulfonamide is a delayed action stomach toxicant for control of termites,it has no repellancy and low toxicity to mammalian,it can be regarded as an alternative toxicant of mirex.
