摘要
针对新疆低渗透油藏,利用油藏数值模拟技术筛选不同注气提高采收率方案,包括CO2、空气、N2和烟道气,评价其技术和经济的可行性。采用改进的Corey模型计算各种气体在不同混相条件下的开发效果,重点分析温室气体CO2的埋存及提高采收率机制。在无廉价气源条件下,可以选取注空气低温氧化技术,直接注入电厂排放的烟道气也是一种不错的提高采收率技术并可减少温室气体的排放,但烟道气运输成本过高。通过可行性分析认为,不同注气开发方案在技术上是可行的,但在经济上受到一定限制。
In this paper,the IOR potentials of various gas injection techniques,namely,CO2,air,N2 and flue gas,were studied and compared for a low permeability oil reservoir of Xinjiang Oilfield based on field data and reservoir simulation results.A modified Corey correlation of relative permeability was used to simulate the miscibility effect of various gases at different reservoir conditions.Special attention was given to CO2 injection as a potential approach for greenhouse gas sequestration.Air injection(low temperature oxidation technique) is considered as a favourable option for oilfields where there are no other cheap gas resources available.Direct injection of flue gas into oil reservoirs(from power plants) is another option for IOR and greenhouse gas disposal,but with high gas transportation cost.The economic and technical challenges of gas injection using different gas sources are analyzed.It is demonstrated that while all of the above gas injection processes are feasible technically,there may exist economic constraints for some of them.
