V/f控制变频器频率调节下输出转矩分析与选型

摘要 石油化工生产过程中,流量、压力等工艺参数常随工况的改变而改变。在制造过程中大量使用变频调速装置可精确地调节交流电动机的转速,从而使得流量、压力等工艺参数得到高效能的控制,提高了工艺生产效能,节约了大量的能源,降低了工艺生产能耗。对于多数通用变频器对电动机的控制方式多数使用V/f恒定控制,矢量控制,直接转矩控制,本文就V/f控制及变频器选型进行了初步的探讨。 In the course of petrochemical production,technical parameters such as flow rate and pressure are changing along with the production situation.Through widely using inverter speed adjustment devices,the rotating speed of AC electromotor can be adjusted precisely.In such a way,technical parameters such as flow rate and pressure can be controlled effectively.As a result, technical production efficiency is improved,energy resource is saved,and the production resource consumption is reduced.Based on the actuality that universal frequency inverter controls electromotor mainly through V/f invariable control,vector control,and directive torque control This article presented a basic probe on v/f control and frequency inverter type selection.
