摘要
应用三维非线性有限元分析技术,利用ANSYS软件的LS-DYNA动态分析模块模拟了板料冷弯成型的整个过程,得到了板料成型过程中轧辊间距对轧件应力、应变的影响规律。结果表明,有限元模拟得出的板料应力、应变分布规律与实际情况相符合,采用非线性有限元法对冷弯成型过程进行数值模拟是可行的。
3D nonlinear finite element technique is used to simulate the whole cold roll forming process of plate dynamically based on LS-DYNA module of ANSYS.The influence rule of roll spacing on stress and strain of plate during cold roll forming was obtained.The results indicate that the distribution of the stress and strain of plate obtained from the finite element simulation is in accordance with the actual situation.It is feasible to use the nonlinear finite element method to simulate the cold forming process.
