低磷洗衣粉的配方研制

The Study on Formulation of Detergent Powder with Little Phosphate

为控制水域的过肥化，本文以十二烷基苯磷酸钠，AEO－9为主活性剂．以碳酸钠、水玻璃、4A沸石、Supoo－Ⅱ、三聚磷酸钠为助洗剂．通过正交试验，降低王聚磷酸钠含量．筛选出低磷洗衣粉的较佳配方。

To control the eutrophication effects,this paper stresses on formulation of detergent powder with little phosphate. LAS(linear sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate)and AEo-9(fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene(9) ether)used as main surfactant are built with other detergent builders such as sodium carbonate,sodium metasilicate, 4A Ziolite,Supoo I and a little sodiulm triphosphate Thus,a better formulation of detergent powder with little phosphate is abtained.
