共轭高分子聚噻吩及其衍生物在生物传感器中的应用

The Application of Conjugated Polymer Polythiophene and Its Derivatives in Biosensors

摘要 对共轭高分子聚噻吩及其衍生物作为生物传感器的光学传导元件在检测DNA、蛋白质和小分子物质中的应用及其传感机理进行综述,指出了该类传感器在检测以上物质时的优缺点,并对该领域的发展进行了展望. The application and sensing mechanism of polythiophene and its derivatives in the detection of DNA,protein and small molecules are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of this biosensor are summarized.In addition,the development prospects of the field is presented.
