摘要
研究了不同温度对一年生鱼类贡氏假鳃鳉(Nothobranchius guentheri)生长发育、性成熟及成活的影响.将同日孵化出膜的贡氏假鳃鳉幼鱼分别在25℃,27℃,29℃和31℃下饲养,定期测量并记录其生长发育、性成熟和死亡状况.结果表明:25℃更适合贡氏假鳃鳉的生长、繁殖和成活;高温(≥29℃)可导致仔鱼脊椎发生畸变,使雌性个体性成熟时间推迟,雄性不受影响;高温能显著降低雌鱼的成活数,对雄鱼影响较小.本研究可望为利用贡氏假鳃鳉开展衰老和抗衰老机制的研究奠定基础.
The effects of different temperatures are investigated on the growth,development,sexual maturation and survival of an annual fish Nothobranchius guentheri bred under 25℃,27℃,29℃ and 31℃.The main findings are that 25℃ is the optimum temperature for growth,reproduction and survival of N.guentheri;higher temperature(≥29℃) can cause deformity of vertebral column,andalso defer sexual maturation of the female;higher temperature has more effects on the survival of female fish than male fish.These findings and the conditions established for the reproduction of N.guentheri lay a foundation for the further studies on the mechanisms of aging and anti-aging of the fish.
