论当代中国医患关系紧张的原因及对策

On the Causes and Countermeasures of the Strained Doctor-Patient Relationships

医患关系是医疗实践活动中最基本的人际关系,这一关系的协调与否直接影响医疗卫生事业的全面发展。构建和谐的医患关系是一项长期而艰巨的任务,需要医疗部门转变思想观念,切实加强医患之间的全面沟通;建立健全保险制度,减少医患纠纷;加大政府财政的投入力度,提供全面的医疗资源;加强医院软硬件建设;营造和谐的医疗氛围;加大宣传力度,促进公众对医疗知识的全面了解;建立健全处理医患关系的法律法规,促进医患关系的健康发展。

The doctor-patient relationship is the most important interpersonal relation in curative activity,which directly influences the development of medical and public health undertakings.The present paper gives some suggestions on how to adjust the relations： firstly,hospital needs changing ideas to enhance exchange of views between doctor and patient;secondly,the insurance system should be set up and improved to decrease medical disputes;thirdly,more financial supports should be increased to to provide comprehensive medical resources;and finally,related laws and rules should be established and improved to enhance the sound development of relations between doctor and patient.
