论免费开放背景下民族地区博物馆的建设——以黔东南州民族博物馆为例

Analysis of the Construction of Ethnic Museums under the Background of Free Access:A Case Study of Minority Culture Museum of Qiandongnan

免费开放给民族地区博物馆的建设发展带来千载难逢的机遇,但由于经费投入长期严重不足,使民族地区博物馆普遍存在人才队伍缺乏、硬件设施陈旧、展陈手段落后、服务水平低下等诸多问题,距免费开放政策要求相差甚远,因而需要加强软硬件建设,充分发挥免费开放专项经费的社会效益,方可把民族地区免费开放博物馆建设好。

Free access of ethnic museums has brought unprecedented opportunities for their construction and development.However,owing to the long-standing shortage of investment,ethnic museums are universally beleaguered by a lot of problems such as shortage of professionals,obsolete facilities,outmoded display methods and low-level services.Their status quo is far from the initial anticipations of the free access policy.Therefore,both software and hardware need promoting to make use of special funds of free access policy in well-construction of ethnic museums.
