摘要
以凯里学院2006-2009届毕业生为调查对象,通过对调查统计此四届毕业生的就业情况及就业上存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出在招生、课程设置等方面采取相应的调整措施,提高我院毕业生的就业竞争力。
This paper conducts an investigation on the employment for the graduates of 2006 to 2009 in Kaili University.The results show that there exist some problems/difficulties in employment which reflect on enrollment and curriculum,etc.Finally,the paper suggests that corresponding countermeasures be put forward to improve graduates' employment competitiveness.
