摘要
采用十二烷基苯磺酸作为聚苯胺的塑化剂和掺杂剂,制得聚苯胺-十二烷基苯磺酸导电复合物(PAn-DBSA)。将该导电复合物与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)在流变仪上熔融共混,采用光学显微镜法研究了不同配比的PAn-DBSA在LDPE中的分散状态,发现绿色的导电复合物大部分较均匀地分散在LDPE中,并有少量凝聚的粒径为几微米的颗粒存在。因导电复合物含量的不同,共混物的电导率为1×10^(-10)~1×10^(-3)S/cm。
The conductive complex, polyaratine/dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid(DBSA), have been obtained using DBSA as the plasti-cizer and dopant for polyaniline. PAn-DBSA/LDPE conductive polyblends could be derived by melt blending in a rheometer. Some PAn-DBSA was equably distributed in LDPE, which was green color background, and other was in spherical shape with dimension of micron order of magnitude. The conductivity of the polyblends was 1 × 10 -10 - 1 ×10 -3 S/cm.
