翻译认知研究范式论略

Research on Paradigms of Translation Cognition Studies

中国翻译界已经开始对翻译的认知研究引起重视,目前的此类研究比较零散而缺乏对其研究框架的系统构建。结合认知心理学相关理论,提出翻译的认知研究可遵循信息加工范式和生态学范式,并论述了两个范式下可用于翻译认知研究的具体方法。在对信息加工范式与翻译认知研究的内涵和关系进行分析后,提出此范式下的翻译认知研究可以从三个方向展开,即对照实验、自我报告和计算机模拟与人工智能;在对生态学范式与翻译认知研究的内涵与关系进行分析后,提出此范式下的翻译认知研究也可以从三个方向展开,即自然观察、多因素实验设计和个案研究。最后,提出只有将信息加工的翻译认知研究范式和生态学翻译认知研究范式相结合,才能构建更为科学和完整的翻译认知研究体系。

Chinese Translation circles have begun to pay attention to the research on the cognition of translation,but present studies are scattered and have not built a systematical research framework.This paper puts forward ＂Information Processing Paradigm＂ and ＂Ecological Paradigm＂ by which cognitive studies of translation can abide,and it also analyzes the specific approaches under the guidance of the two paradigms.After analyzing the connotation and relationship between information processing paradigm and translation cognition research,it puts forward three research directions： control experiment,self-report and computer simulation and artificial intelligence;After analyzing the connotation and relationship between ecology paradigm and translation cognition research,it poses three research directions： naturalistic observation,multi-factor experiment design and case studies;In the end,the paper points out that cognitive studies of translation should combine ＂Information Processing Paradigm＂ with ＂Ecological Paradigm＂ and only this can make translation cognition research more scientific and complete.
