短QT综合征

Short QT Syndrome

短QT综合征(Short QTSyndrome,SQTs)是一种常染色体显性遗传,心电图(ECG)QT间期明显缩短,伴房性或室性心律失常,临床有晕厥和猝死风险、心脏结构正常的一种心肌离子通道病。本文对短QT综合征的发病机制、心电图特点、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗加以讨论。

SQTs,an autosomal dominant inheritance,electrocardiogram（ECG） QT interval was obviously shorter,with atrial or ventricular arrhythmias,clinical risk of syncope,sudden death and a normal heart structure myocardialion channel disease.In this paper,the syndrome pathogenesis,ECG features,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of the SQTs are discussed.
