表达谱芯片分析PPAR-α调控脂肪代谢过程作用机理的研究

摘要 PPAR-α是一种在基因表达水平上调节脂肪代谢作用的重要受体。为研究PPAR-α作为脂肪代谢过程中重要的核转录因子参与调控动物脂肪代谢过程作用的机理,试验采用显著性差异表达分析及其通路分析在基因表达谱数据库(GEO)中收集到的转录因子PPAR-α相关的小鼠小肠组织的转录本芯片数据,结果表明,PPAR-α是通过一系列的与脂肪酸代谢相关的靶基因及其通路参与调控脂肪代谢过程。 PPAR-α is an important receptor that mediates the effects of dietary lipids on gene expression.To study PPAR-α involving in the mechanism of the process of fat metabolism as one important nuclear transcription factor,used the significantly different expression analysis and pathway analysis on one dataset of transcript expression profiling collected from the database of Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) in our experiment,which was related to the transcription factor PPAR-α in intestinal tissue of mice.The results showed that PPAR-α is through a series of fatty acid metabolism-related target genes and pathways involved in regulation of fat metabolism.
