During ＂the twelfth Five-Year＂ period,to achieve and consolidate the economic development goals of Shandong province,we must attach great importance to the constant improvement of the staff quality in Shandong province.We should further improve staff education and training system,establish and improve the mechanisms of assessing and evaluating talents,fully play the positive role of the union ＂big school＂,,take an ambitious effort to build high-quality workforce,so as to provide a solid intellectual and technological support for Shandong＇s economic and social development.
