摘要
目前许多中小民营企业都存在员工薪酬增长缓慢、员工职业稳定性较低、带薪休假难以落实、职业培训形同虚设等问题。加强中小民营企业员工权益保障的思路和举措是:要教育和引导中小民营企业主树立人本管理理念;加强中小民营企业工会组织建设,充分发挥工会的维权作用。
At present,in many small and medium private enterprises,there are problems in slow growth of staff remuneration,low occupational stability,difficult implementation of the paid leave,ineffective job training,etc.The ideas and measures to strengthen the protection of the interests of employees in small and medium private enterprises are: to educate and guide small and medium private business owners to set the People-oriented management concept;to strengthen the construction of trade union organization in small and medium private enterprises,and fully play unions' role of maintaining rights.
